These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Emergency Info, operated by All Texas Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including myemergencyinfo.net and the profile pages, QR codes, and PDF cards it generates (together, the "Service"). By creating a profile or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
My Emergency Info lets you store emergency contacts, doctors, medications, and other information you choose to provide, and makes it available on a permanent link and QR code. It is a convenience tool for sharing information you've chosen to make available. It is not a medical device, not a monitored medical alert or emergency-response service, and not a substitute for calling 911 or your local emergency number. In a medical emergency, always contact emergency services first.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information you enter. We display what you type; we do not verify it against any medical record or other source. It's your responsibility to keep it up to date, using your edit link, whenever your contacts, medications, or conditions change.
The entire purpose of the Service is to make your emergency information available to whoever scans your QR code or opens your link — including strangers, first responders, or anyone else who comes across it. Do not include anything on your profile that you would not want visible to a stranger.
My Emergency Info offers a free plan and paid annual plans (Essential and Ultimate) with additional features as described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal.
Your edit link is how you (and, on paid plans, anyone you share it with) update your page. Treat it like a password — anyone with the link can change what's shown on your profile. We are not responsible for changes made by someone you shared your edit link with, or for a lost or leaked link, though we're happy to help you regain access if that happens.
You agree not to use the Service to impersonate another person, to post false information intended to mislead emergency responders, to upload unlawful content, or to abuse, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accessible at any particular moment — including during an emergency, when availability depends on factors outside our control, such as the internet connection and device of the person scanning your code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Texas Media LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages resulting from inaccurate information you entered, unavailability of the Service, or reliance on the Service in an emergency. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
