This is the most basic Emergency Information package. It is Free of Charge. It offers a unique, private, personalized page of your own emergency contact information. The completed page will be made available as a QR Code, which will be sent to you in an email. It will be up to you to use the QR code in the way that you choose. You can print it out on your home printer, for use in your car, wallet etc, or to order online QR Code related products from Amazon. However, this free option is extremely limited in the number of emergency contacts, with one personal contact, and one doctor contact. We would urge you to consider serving yourself better by using the EXTENDED or ULTIMATE plan, with more contact options (personal contacts, doctor contacts) for your safety!
